Sometimes when i start hemmer It wont let me select any map items. instead when I click on the 3d view I get a + and it only rotates the camera. This is really annoying because i haven figured out a way to fix it without having to restart my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this without restarting?

I don't about you, but if I alt+Tab between TF2 and hammer, hammer goes bonkers. Maybe you're experiencing something like that?

You have selected the Camera Tool. Press Shift+S and your problem will be solved.

Thats just it I havent selected the camera tool. The selection tool is active, but it behaves as the camera tool. I tried selecting the camera tool and then shift+s to switch back, but it didnt change the behavior back to normal even though it reselected the selection tool.

Odd, now its working. Seems like after switching tools and minimizing the window fixed it.

I've had this too and pressing CTRL + Space fixed this error.

I've set the compiler to always launch in Windowed mode for this very reason.
