Although wouldn't really feel right with the theme of "sending them to hell", since you would generally pushing the corpse up a hill, and at the end up even higher. Instead of downwards towards a pit.

Would be nice if it was just a new map.

Panic would be great for a pit of hell. Does nightfall still have the cliff ending? It has been so long I don't remember if that was the scrapped S3 or not.

It does. I'd be surprised if it were that, though- converting a three-stage map would be a unusually large halloween project for valve, and I doubt the finale of nightfall would work well enough alone.

No patch notes yet, but there's a slightly-under-600 MB update being pushed out now.
