Gold Rush Captures screwed up?

The cart gives you partial capture points every second, 0.1 points per second.
Thats 1 point for every 10 seconds you are near it on top of any you get for being near it as it trundles over a capture point
A quick look at the payload entity system will tell you this.
I've managed well over 40 captures on goldrush before now.
