Glowing Signs

    All of my gameplay models glow like this with HDR.

    They look fine in LDR. In HDR, I've tried various bloom settings all the way to zero. I turned off the shadows. Nothing helped. In HDR they just reflect like crazy. Anyone ever run into this or know off hand what might be causing this?

    Once you build the cubemaps they'll be fine.

    I built the cubemaps and they look fine just as you said. :) Thanks.

    I'm about to upload my map. Which file do the cubemaps get baked into? The thing always makes two BSP files. One goes into the work folder I made on my E drive and the other goes into the game's map folder on my C drive? The one in my C drive is about 10 MB bigger.

    They're baked into the one inside your main "team fortress 2\tf\maps" folder.
