    Halloween events Horseless Headless Horsemann out while running away from the ghost ship KOTH maps to capture the CP.

    Halloween Horseless Headless Horsemann is the end of the event may not appear lost.

    If you play let the server download bsp.
    Please navfiles tf/maps into folders on the server.

    I didn't quite get all of what you were saying but oh well :)
    Also it could do with some retexturing (tf2 style) and making the fog less intense as has already been said.
    Also why not capture the point?
    If this is what i think it is you masy aswell call it achievment_horseman

    EDIT: Sorry if that's harsh but that's the way i see this

    Solved the problem by updating the map crash in the past.

    Also, on the point the light coming in from the moon, I'm assuming you're using the rays from Mann Manor, but the problem is they don't fit. The rays from Mann Manor are coming in a window which fits the rays, but here they are coming through a grate. Looks strange.
