General issues with my map I can't seem to fix

1. Everybody on BLU spawns on the same place:

2. I have a strange issue with the models/props_soho/arch001.mdl prop.

On the third issue, make sure that "Start disabled" is set to Yes. And then on the actual trigger of the capture point, make one of the outputs enable the spawns (you will have to give the spawns a name first)

I already did that and it didn't work

If it still doesn't work, delete all of your spawn points and recopy them again, but only one at a time. In my experience they tend to break if you copy them as a group.
As for the soho prop, check to make sure the fade distances are correct (if you aren't using fade distances then idk).

It's really weird because the RED spawn works perfectly fine and everyone spawns on their desired spawnpoint

Second issue looks like your graphics configuration options are forcing the lower level of detail model for that model.

Are you running a FPS config?

For the prop issue, I am having the same issue with that prop as well. Looks great in hammer but only seems to compile half way. So your not alone on that one. I'll keep on eye on this thread if someone has a fix or if I find one I'll let ya know. ;)

No, I'm not running a FPS config, and the only compile options I have are -console and -novid

Nevermind, looks like the second issue it's just my game, a friend sent me a screenshot of the same area:

It's the model detail setting in game. I had it set for "Medium" and everything else on "High".

That thing looks much better now! :D

Though it doesn't seem to be the case here, remember that some models have bits and pieces that won't show up as a prop_static, but they do show up as a prop_dynamic. Some tree models have this, where the leaves won't show up when it's a prop_static, but if you make it a prop_dynamic they will show up.
