Gates don't open during "waiting for players"

cp map. I can't find any information anywhere how to make them open during that phase

They don't open during Waiting for Players, and I don't think there is any functionality for that.
If you have seen doors open during Waiting for Players during map tests, then that is hosts manually opening all doors on a map with a command.

I lost my decompiled dustbowl, but I assume what happens is the doors are disabled entirely on map load and when "Waiting for players" timer ends they become enabled.
