16 Gigs? Yikes... I get that maybe you want the biggest dong but you could save some loot right there.

Newegg doesn't always have the best prices. For example, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus is a good heatsink. Consider diversifying your purchasing power and going with the cheapest prices.
    $35 on Amazon
    $50 on Newegg

I'm in the same position as you and about to build a new box. The MSI P67S-C43 was in Tom's Hardware Midrange build. At $105 it looks to have the same features as your board at half the price. MSI Motherboard

I'm blowing my wad on a SSD
$230 @ Amazon: 128 GB SSD that makes my tits spin

I'm getting a damn good video card - but not bleeding edge. The benefit is that eventually I'll just dual card 'em when they come down in price and I feel like I need a boost.
Radeon 6850 for $170 - $15 rebate if you buy from Newegg or - $10 from anyone else.

I dunno, I'm no hardware buff. I've just been keeping my eye out for deals and grabbing stuff that way. Maybe I'll get a full computer eventually.

I'm liking that comment simply because you used the phrase "That makes my tits spin"
