Fixed sign textures

It wouldn't call this a showcase but rather awareness program by and for Mann Co.

The incorrect alpha channels on these textures had been bothering me since the release of TF2. I've submitted a bug report and send an email about it in 2010.

I hope Valve will finally fix it in an upcoming update.

Hey, that's pretty cool. Could you do the fire extinguisher signs too? They've got the same problem as that first sign you posted.
