[FIXED] "Out of memory or adress space" Error

    Every time i try to open hammer i get this error

    I have no idea how to lower the texture quality because i cant get on hammer.

    Is it any way to fix this?

    I've had that issue before, sometimes when I got photoshop/maya/hammer/tf2/+other games running at once, when all resources are hogged by other games or 3d applications,

    if it happens when you are trying to start your map in tf2; (if I remember correct) it might be the result of having too many high res lightmap faces (with 2-4 in lightmap size), if so, lower the resolution recompile and check, default is 16

    This happens when i try to open hammer, without anything in the background

    What are the specs of the computer you're running Hammer on?

    i7-6700k
    GTX 970
    16gb ram

    Hammer have never been a problem before

    Time to validate TF2's files then via Steam's cache validation thingie.
