Finally got to work but vdf crashes it.

Ok i finally got hlds on windows server to work however im now trying to install metamod, sourcemod etc and when i put the vdf (attached as pic) it crashes and creates this minidump file (too big for attachment so is copied at bottom).

Can anybody tell me why it is doing this and how i can resolve this?
Extra info:-Im setting up the server for team fortress2.

Well until im helped with this im running the server anyway any valve map or plr/ctf contest map the ip is 192.168.0.4:27015
