Filtering trigger_soundscape help.

I'm trying to set a passive soundscape trigger to ignore a player who already has a different soundscape given manually via button.

i tried using this setup.

and failed to make it work.

any help appreciated. using soundscapes to give a player selectable music loops, ( soundscaped)
but so they don't retrigger the base soundscape when they respawn in the level.
