Figuring out the train

Well, I'm new to this community, but not new to mapping.
Though I am new to the whole train in map thing.

I've looked at cp_Well and ctf_Well in Hammer and I can't pick out what does what, I haven't messed with those entities yet, or better have no clue on what they do.

Hopefully there's a tutorial or some kind of direction that can be made for my nubs of the train. :sleep:
