    So, new KOTH map from me, hopefully it's not too small, but it's definately not as big as viaduct :mellow:

    13/05/10 Statement
    So I finally uploaded a working version of Fever, I mean, it's definately not a brilliant map, but people wanted it, so they get it. There are a few downsides:
    - Poor skybox optimisation (you can see inside one building from the outside from a certain angle)
    - Rubbish 3D skybox (I can never get the fog right, and the forest abruptly ends at the start of the skybox - I aim to improve this).

    Looks nice so far. Personally, I would add a small bit of cover on either side of the control point. Like the brick walls around the central control point in Yukon and the rocks in Viaduct. But before you do that, make sure to test this map on a server as it is - That way you will be able to see whether the cover is really needed or not.

    It's looking pretty nice so far - I would also do what Om nom nick suggested about adding some cover around the central point.. since it could get hard to capture.

    I've updated to alpha 2 with some changes. Most are minor, but there is now a new building accessible and health & ammo has been added.

    The map is really small. It was fine with the 6 vs 6 we had during the test, but I don't know how things will turn out with 12 vs 12. But map size aside, it was fun to play on and has a good mixture of outdoor and indoor combat.

    In order to make the map "larger" I've moved the spawns like so

    And I'm doing some conceptual detailing at the middle

    I'm considering expanding the right side of the map a bit more, any ideas?

    Quick thing, you might want to make that log bridge on this side more like 8 or 4 units, it looks really thick (in picture 1)

    I like it overall.

    Maybe a bit small. The mid point is interesting being closed off that much. Not recognizing (remembering too much) based on the screeens. Don't recall any serious flaws, was a little tired of koth by then. So flaws probably would've stuck out more being grumpy ;)
