    Maybe a bump in the track that knocked it loose? isn't that a prop_physics or something? I've never dealt with payload before, so i'm not too familiar with it.

    It happened on Hoodoo and Upward too (and on Youtube somewhere) but Payload's just a wacky gamemode.

    I've had the cart fly off the side of the cliff on Upward.
    Needless to say, I have no clue what happened.

    It's damn hard to get the cart to derail, too. I've had it get hit by a train before and be relatively okay.
