Every Single Entity In My map is leaked

I load a pointfile, find the prop, everythings right about it, so I delete it, compile the map, the 3d skybox still isnt working, so I load the point file, then another entity is leaked, repeat process. I think every entity in my map is leaked or something. How do i fix a leaked prop_static?
