env_bubbles not working

I need bubbles!

ok, have a brush with trigger texture, made it env_bubbles and started on - I see nothing but a brush in game

Any ideas?

hmm, I've tried several items / ways of doing this - can anyone confirm if the entity class is broken?

I found my bubbles!

entity is working but for some reason the bubbles are being made 50 feet beneath my entity - maybe the origin is off?
