Hi, my name is Mister Chippy and I'm a comp TF2 player. I decided to get an account on this site to see if I could help discussion by adding a more competitive point of view, and also to try furthering my own knowledge of the game by learning from the people who've made some of my favorite maps, and maybe even help out testing new maps. Also, I might try my hand at some mapping myself, although I'm crap at hammer and my "artistic skills" are nonexistent.
Anyways, while I might not be a "mapper", per se, I feel that I do have something I could offer the community, plus I'm a pretty cool dude.
