Dynamic Lights. What am I missing???

    I feel stoopid for even asking, but how do you get dynamic lights to work? They seem to light models OK, but not the world. (and no, I dont have the "dont light world" flag checked).

    Are the textures definitely world textures, and not prop/model textures?

    It will say "model\" or "prop\" (something like that) in the name if it is

    I did a test map. A simple cube room with a normal wall texture. Placed a dynamic light, player start, did a full vis+rad compile, and nada. Normal lights work fine.

    I also tried setting up a trigger to manually turn the dynamic light on, but nothing. Are they just not supported in TF2?
