Doors that open on round start AND work like normal doors?

Is there a way to make doors that can only open once the round starts, and post the round starting they can be opened and closed like normal? Before round starts I mean in like PL, Attack and Defense, and such. Thanks!

You make it start disabled, and then have it activated once the round starts I believe
