Do you build your 3d skybox in full scale or mini?

Just curious really. I always get a much better sense of scale if I start my 3d skybox normal sized, then shrink it later. Usually this is just for mountains, or structures I want to create myself. When adding skybox props, I'll go 1/16 before placing them. I also like to add the sky_camera after scaling. Crazy I know, but so much easier to find the map's center point that way. So how do you guys create your 3d skybox? Any special tricks you use for design?

I do the same as you do, i just start creating the skybox next to the original map so i can check it out in full scale (without the camera in yet) Then when i am completely ok with the skybox i move everything at the edges of my map to the skybox spot and place the camera.

Works good for me :)

Most skybox props have a regular prop as well, so its quite easy to test :p
