Dive (in Theatre)

    Here's my first map, I'd like everyone to give me constructive feedback please in terms of gameplay and layout because I want the map to be playable as well as to look good.

    If anything looks out of place or strange, go ahead and mention it and I'll look into it. I'm aware the lighting is a bit dark, I haven't covered the map completely with placed lights yet. It's definitely workable light atm.

    Basically, RED is hiding something sinister underground hidden by their underground stage. Blu sets up forward operations, and tensions lead to open fighting.

    Make very sure those curved ramps and arches are func_detailed, or your VVIS compile phase times will go through the roof. If you really like the spiral pathway type stuff, I'd look into some tools which will generate displacements to do it. I thought there was one called "twisted" but I'm having trouble finding it in search now. You can also use the "subdivide" feature with displacements to create basic curved wall edges, etc. which may sometimes be better aesthetics/performance than normal brushes.

    Updated screenshots, top down view can be seen in two of them. New ones are from red perspective. I was feeling I'd go crazy if I didn't show what I've been doing to others soon. Thoughts?

    Looks pretty neat, haven't seen a theme similar to this in a map so far.
    I don't really have any constructive criticism at this point, so just keep adding stuff:).

    PS: If you want screenshots without the hud and arms, type r_drawviewmodel 0 and cl_drawhud 0 into the console. you'll need to type in sv_cheats 1 for the second command to work.;)

    Updating screenshots, criticism/thoughts are welcome. The brightness is a result of converting the screenshots. The map's lighting will be different.

    That'd be amazing! Right now my focus is this short list I made up...
    I can grab it:
    1. Fix Spawn Doors (Ridiculously Problematic for some reason)
    2. Signs (Almost done!)
    3. Lighting
    4. Fix Trains Teleporting on Reset
