Just an update for those that don't know or haven't caught the announcement in the discord server (yes we have one of those!).
We have added a group named "Help" that users can elect themselves into. This means that typing @help in the discord followed by a question will ping (send a phone notification, email, depending on what the user has set) to everyone in the help group.
This is intended to allow quicker answering of mapping questions even if the discord server isn't in a currently active discussion. However it is not to be abused and any abuse of pinging this or other usergroups excessively will be dealt with.
If you'd like to be added to the help group yourself, let any of the staff members know and they should be able to add you (you can ping them with @staff).
And if all this makes no sense to you because you have no idea what discord is, it's a chat program that we have a number of members using for mapping discussion! You can join the server here: https://discord.gg/eA49rDR
