Heeeh wtf. I'm guessing this may be something to do with the update as the demo was recorded and worked before it.

Anyone else got problems of pre-sniper/spy update demo's?

Yea, right after posting this someone said about this in chat. I suppose i should have figured this would happen every update rather than simply.. this one. I can't be arsed to install a stand alone copy of TF2 pre-sniper/spy update just to watch this demo, i only intended to get some soldier screenshots, i guess i'll just make another one.

Pity, because it was a fucking awesome demo.
