for some wierd reason some cliff props on my map are completely black
Thaaaat's Source! This usually happens because the prop's origin is inside a brush. Easiest way to fix this is to create a info_lighting entity somewhere above the displacement and link the cliff props to it.

Wait, does that prop even use a normal map?????
If it doesn't (which I don't think it does?) then it's not a lighting origin thing, it's a compile options thing: http://www.nodraw.net/2010/12/lighting-compile-options/
I think I heard somewhere that it might be because there aren't enough cubemaps near the prop, although that might be a different error entirely
Reflections have nothing to do with the lighting. Not even with a rock model (except some from HL2).
Separate names with a comma.
