custom tf2 particles

well, I wanted to add this particle posted by chaofanatic over here:

I am having trouble doing so, however. I set up the info_particle_system, made sure to use the paticle name, not pcf file, added it to the particle manifest txt file, nothing.

doesn't seem to work. what am I missing?

Please post screenshots of the said files,locations,and entities.
(theres alot of little things that can go wrong)
