Custom sounds in hammer : massive console error spam/FPS drops

I have added some custom musics in one of my tf2 maps, and when the compilation ended, my game had only 1 or 2 fps, then i looked my console and saw it was full of neverending :

"243.035814 BlockingGetDataPointer: Async I/O Force physics\body\body_medium_impact_soft1.wav ( 0.88 msec / 0.98 msec total )"

I have searched for this error and it seems to be caused by a sound.cache bug, that you have to delete. I did so buy it didn't solved the problem. Some people told to type "async_mode 1" in the console, and it indeed stops the console spamming, but, oddly, it doesn't fix the fps problem. When i remove the music it works again, so i am 100% sure it's caused by the custom sounds.

Can someone help me solving it ? I am kind of stuck right now. I will keep trying stuff with the sound.cache but i don't think it' going to do anything.

Yeah ... Uuuh... I found the answer and it's a really easy one ... (almost ashamed of creating a thread just for this, but at least the net have a definitive fix now...)

It happens when too much custom sounds are played in the same time, so you have to make them all "start silent" in the flags. So they are only triggered by outputs. It should make everything back to normal.
