    More updated pics. Lots has changed. Mostly a ton of work done on the middle structure, adding lower rooms and walls to block some of the routes. Basically there are 2 routes under the structure, 1 through the top, and 2 on each side through a cliff with beams. That's plenty. The sides of the top level open up to a small cliff, which leads to stairs to the taller cliff. Each side only has one (basically a one way route) larger cliff will lead to a side entry upstairs at the team base. On the side oposite the cliff (not done yet) will be another stucture leading into the team base from the other side, lower level. Forgive the purple creek (which is not even close to done yet) and the windows which have purple, have not done the cubemaps yet. The creek which crosses under the middle of the mid structure will be shallow, but as it goes along the larger cliff, it will be deeper so you can cool off if you get blasted from a pyro. Still lots of detail props to add but that is last. Oh yeah, officially the map will be named Sycamore Creek instead of crusade. This will be a ctf map, not sure if it will be football style or not, I do love that gameplay.

    Just a few more pics. Changed some textures on lower rooms to give a little distinction from uper level. Amazing what a few bushes and props will do for a map eh? I made that wagon myself........hahaha. Took 5 minutes. Oh well, when there isn't a model you need and you don't want to have to learn to model, just make something from a brush. lol. I'll probably work on it a bit more and add just a touch more detail.

    I agree. The map looked pretty bland before you changed some textures and added some stuff, but now I love the looks of it. I like your prop placement in the newer pics as well, and the wagon certainly looks nice for a brush-made object.

    One thing that looks bad: The beams in the doorway in the third picture in your first post. They look kinda huge, you should probably scale them down a bit. It looks like regular people would have to bend pretty far down to get through.

    Loads of detail in this map. My concern is that you repeated the brown wood texture far too much. I knew you fixed it a little in the new pics but I think you need to add a different wood texture to the beams and the panels upstairs too.
