    Hi. I'm posting my first TF2 map here because it fitted in a Tf2 mapping forum :)

    So here's some pics about the map:

    Outside the main entrance.

    So tell me what you think and what i should change :)

    And this is the first TF2 map i've done to release!

    More pics and bsp soon. And the idea behind this map was. Well nothing. I just wanted to do a map and the is pirrored so the things on the RED side is also on the BLU side ogf the map. And it all is played in a little factory complex or so, but i still have to extend the map a bit like a bigger spawn and more free space. During this map i learned a lot about mapping for TF2.

    Looks like a promising start :) Though the second to last picture doesn't load for me, I don't see any major problems with the others. I'd say you're ready to start doing some detail work. Take the first 2 pics as an example. They look error-free, but they're also rather boring. Add some windows, pipes, maybe a few trees. Keep up the good work m8!

    Thanks :) And i'm gonna add some more windows and details as promised :) But for now i have to improve a little on how the spawns should look like, at the moment they are really small. Only 340*340 or so. And not even in a cubic form :/

    I'll change the name if you want. Does Ctf_Complex sound good?

    Map names should be written with lowercase letters, like ctf_complex instead of Ctf_Complex.

    I also wouldn't use complex as a name, although it may sound appropriate pretty much any map titled complex will make most people think of a port of the Goldeneye map that also got ported in Perfect Dark.

    Try looking up the name of an actual industrial district and name it after that.

    Some wider shots would be nice; these ones don't tell us much about the level, so there's not much to critique aside from the lack of detail.

    Naming it experiment like you've done might make it sound like the map in itself is an experiment, like a testing map made through experimenting with Hammer.

    Either way - what I've seen so far looks promising. An overview of some sort would be great, though.

    Well i have some neat ideas about that there are experiments going on in the facilitys :D
