Thought I had while walking. I play a lot of CTF and one thing I've noticed on a lot of maps is the first cap is fairly easy compared to the next two simply because the defenders are set up in time for the second and third caps. What if the routes to get to the intelligence changed each time a team scored? In the most basic form each capture would open an additional route to the intel, making it's defense harder and harder to effectively maintain and pushing the match to a conclusion. My fear on this is that approach would push teams to turtle even faster before venturing out and attacking.
