Ctf koth

    I'm having some trouble with my ent work for creating a ctf koth maptype. The problem I'm having is that when the timer runs out for either team, it goes to overtime rather than ending. I think this is because of the ctf type I have on my flag, but I'm not really sure. Has anybody had experience with this before?

    Just so you know, I'm trying to make a decent map for fortwars, but don't want to decompile the maps that are there already.

    Put a tf_gamerules entity in the map, there should be a setting to turn off "ctf_overtime".

    Hmm, doesn't go inton overtime, but still nobody wins. Definitely progress though, thanks Pseudo.

    I am just finishing up a koth ctf map (kaw_shark_week) and also had problems with the victory conditions. My problem was that I was using the capping of the intel to set the koth timers and so I did not need a cp (I thought). It seems that without the cp the map does not know there is a winner - just that time has run out. So I placed a cp in the map (does not need to be visible) and set the team owner every time the intel was capped - that worked.
