cp_cymru - A small little A/D map for the 72hr... could've done better.

First part was nice, rest of it was quite rushed. Well, whoops. Logic with some things may be off too, last minute upload.

IAmSixSyllables BR updated cp_cymru with a new update entry:

Slight terrain changes, added forward spawn

Not much changed from last iteration because I think the layout is okay for now.

• Slight lighting improvements
• Added blue forward spawn so it's much less time getting to the fight
• added a couple health/ammo for defenders.
• Changed areas to remove a strong sniper defending sightline.
