CP per map

    How many CP points can I put on a stage + map? I know the top is 8 for each map, but I don't know if you talk about a map or a stage, can I have 6 CP points on a stage, 6 on another, 6 on another, etc?

    And why is 8 the limit? HUD problems or engine problems?

    P.S. Don't ask me why I want 6 cp on a stage LOL

    You cna only have 8 in one map. However as CPs can belong to multiple rounds you could give the illusion that there are more than 8 CPs in one map, by using the .mdl file of a CP instead of the actual thing.

    I've never heard anything about the 8 CP limit, (actully my map has 8, lucky I didn't have more).

    Where does it explain this limit? I couldn't find anything on the wiki.

    I would guess there ius a limit in the index system on the CPs, you know how each one requires a unique index.

    A way to get around it, is after each round win, on the next section have trigger areas from a previous point in a different area. Have the input/outputs change, and you can reuse the same CPs in each map. Just an idea.
