Counting Prop

I've seen a this prop on a few maps, Traingrid and Trainsawlaser in particular. It's a prop that counts upwards. I've been looking for this prop for a while now but can't find it in hammer nor online to download, if anyone has any information on it, please let me know. Thanks.

That's not a prop. That's a series of brushes that get called up using a bunch of logic and counters.
