    Rather than uploading it as a bzip, use bsp_repack in console. This isn't as small (e: yes it is), but it means the map stays compressed on people's computers. Can't remember exactly what you have to put in to console, but a quick search should find it for you

    Repacking a map is smaller than bzip im quite sure.
