compilation option - -staticproppolys doesn't work in hammer editor source SDK Base 2013, but works fine in Counter-Strike Source. How to do the same?

If the version of VRAD you are using does not support an option you want to use, then you should use a different version. Though I am sceptical that argument is unrecognised by 2013's VRAD, as it appears in the source code and the SDK wiki makes no mention of it being excluded. Are you certain what you are saying is true? What evidence lead you to this conclusion?
