Clip textures causing things to go invisible?

    I'm making a BBall map, and I have a problem.

    In Hammer map look 100% fine, everything is textured and stuff, but in-game it looks like this:

    There's also one thing, I can't select models or entities when there is a brush behind them, and I can select through the clip brushes, I can select them only if there's only the void behind them, and that's happening in Hammer itself.

    Here's the compile log

    Any idea why it could be happening?

    Are you using clip or playerclip?

    Playerclip.

    I noticed I had some leaks, just fixed those, need to check if they were the cause of the problem (I'm guessing yes).

    EDIT: Fixing those leaks fixed it partially, the bottom of the hatches are still invisible and the white lines are in parts still too
