On my previous computer, I put all my Steam folder on my external hard drive (F: ) and everything was running fine, but now I'm on a "new" computer and I moved it to my C: drive. Every time I try running Hammer, or any other SDK app, I get the following error because it still tries to find gameinfo.txt on F:

I tried reinstalling the whole Source SDK, but I still have the problem. Any way I could change the path to gameinfo.txt ?

I bet Steam's registry entry is still pointing to F:\.

Using Regedit as an administrator (don't screw up your system) examine out the values under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Valve\Steam and see if there are any F:\ references you need to edit.

I did as you told me, found out there was no HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Valve\Steam...
I looked everywhere else and found a few Valve folders, searched everyone of them and there were no references to F:

    Thanks anyway

That's odd. It should have installed the registry files there. Look for the "InstallPath" and "ServiceInstallPath" keys, and change the directories there so that they match up (if they don't already.)

    EDIT:

Alternatively, open Source SDK and choose Edit Game Configurations

Select Team Fortress 2 from the dropdown (or whatever you want to edit) and click edit

Change the directory in the box to something like this
