I know its possible client side to change the model of the intel, but is it possible to put a model (found a flag model on bananafps) into your map. More over would the flag still show up if the server was set to sv_pure 1 or 2?

I hate the briefcase and i'd really like the flag back.

do you want to change it in an existing map, or a new one you created?

Just like custom textures you can have custom models as long as they are in the map itself on both sides.

Are there no directions for installing the model?

There are instructions, but it says this will replace the current intel used in tf2. It will only do it on client side, then i looked at the item_flag in hammer and theres no ability to change the model used unless i completely changed the model but that would only do it for me and not the map.

It has the sitting animation, paper trail and the whole 10 yards. I just dont know how to tie it to the item_flag function, it seems to be a static model.
