Change Spawn Rooms

I have a gravel pit style attack and defend map with 4 control points. A B C and D. For points A and B, i want the defending team to spawn in "spawnroom 1", and once point C is unlocked, i want them to spawn in "spawnroom 2". I set the "associated control point" and the "red spawn for round" on the info_player_teamspawns to the correct points, but it doesnt work. what am i doing wrong and how do i properly set the spawn rooms to change?
