Cart stops moving after capping 2nd

In my map, after capping the 2nd point, the cart refuses to move any further, the path_tracks are linked properly, and I've copy-pasted the actual point from Boojum's library.

It captures the point like it should, adds time, and moves a few hammer units ahead before stopping. Then it will roll back as normal, even though i'm standing next to it and won't go forward again, and the HUD tells me I have to defend this point.
