can't move this part of screen

I can't move this part by dragging etc. and it's so big and so uncomfortable to use
How to fix it?

The space you tring to move isn't a window. You need to move the little boxes in it instead (the four next to each other). I have them underneath each other. The screen that has the view ports in (the gray window on the left) ith should snap automaticly in the empty space.

You need to drag the components and they automatically snap to an empty part of the column.

Happens to me every time I start up hammer, odd.
