Can't get custom skybox texture to work (Finished)

    All skybox files - both the VTFs and the VMTs - must go in materials/skybox together. Make sure you update the basetexture path in the VMTs to reflect that.

    This did not seem to fix the issue
    Everything still has that "missing texture so it gets replaced by the screen" texture

    I just noticed that you've gotten a couple of the suffixes wrong, too. They should be bk, dn, ft, lf, rt, and up.

    Didja check your map/light env to see if it uses that skybox, and not another?

    Don't mind it i forgot to turn off fullbright (i never close tf2). Thanks anyways

    if your textures aren't correctly warped, then the skybox will appear oddly flat in game
