No doubt this isn't the right place to post this, but I couldn't find a help section.

When I open my TF2 folder, it shows all other files EXCEPT my hammar.bat. As shown in the linked screenshot:

When I open the Hammar file with a hammer icon, I get this:
    http://prntscr.com/7xd9p8

Could someone please help with this and move it to the correct section of the forum.

    Yes.

Your Windows installation is currently configured not to show file extensions. The Hammer.bat file is right there above the green and blue icon, described as a Windows batch file.

    Welcome to TF2m!

I open it, but it gives me a quick window, (looks a bit like the terminal window on a mac) and then disappears instantly.

You need to verify the integrity of your game cache. To do this, open up your Steam library and find TF2. Right click on it, and select "Properties". In Properties, select the "Local Files" tab. Click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". Once that's done, it should work. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling TF2.

I thought the disappearing is supposed to happen?
running it once to setup up everything, then running hammer.exe or something like that

Must be I'll have to reinstall.

Seeing as I only get 1.11mbps I'll post in like 2 days when it's done.

It should do it. Now open hammer.exe, and it should all work fine!
