• Fixed being dead during waiting for players
• Fixed being unable to change class during setup (added spawn triggers)
• Fixed players getting stuck on setup gates
• Fixed the point progress staying between rounds

• Fixed Point's SetUnlockTime not resetting between mini-rounds, sometimes causing the Point to be open too early.
• Capture Points no longer fire OnTeamCap2 between mini-rounds.
  • They still fire OnReset when a new mini-round starts. This is intentional.
