    OK, so I am finally getting ready to release my map, and I just realized: I dont know how to make my VMF into a BSP!
    Can someone enlighten me on it? Thanks!

    Before you release your BSP file, there are two important things you'll want to do.

    1. Make sure cubemaps are generated. There are instructions in the forums for it. If you do this, then shiny surfaces will look right.

    2. If you used any custom models/sounds/textures, you'll need to pack them into the BSP file using a tool like bspzip, pakrat, or packbsp.
