    is there a reason that your texture choice makes your map look like the flag of liechtenstein?

    Alpha 3 is now out - feel free to comment on it.

    I'm still working on the lighting - an optimization. The frame rates have dropped from 150-200 down to 24-43 for some reason - all I did was add in some area portals - lol.

    If you have any suggestions for what I can do with it please let me know.

    I've been thinking about removing the player clips on top of the big building and the dividing canyon wall to allow for the sticky jumper - thoughts?

    Hey just letting you know, we won't be able to playtest rc1 at the moment because the filename includes capital letters "pl_boxcanyon_RC1". If you fix that we can play it sometime maybe, or any other linux server could then run it fine. (The problem is a capital letter is an entirely different character than a lowercase letter in linux).

    What would happen if you just changed the RC1 to rc1 in the file name - seems to work on my end but not sure if there are further ramifications for doing it.

    if you just change the file name, it screws up the cubemaps and maybe packing too?

    It's usually just safer to recompile with the proper file name and not do it again!

    Can anyone see or tell me a way that would improve this map? I don't know if there's anything else I can do with it.

    People have said they now like the ability to fight on top of the cliff.
