Both Teams Spawn at Same Spawn Point

I'm working on a map and I have both spawns setup for the 2 teams , but they ignore what team I set for them to spawn and both teams spawn at either spawn point! Any help is appreciated!

I have uploaded a image showing that I have specified what team to spawn at what point.

Also -
I'm super new to mapping so I'm sure I made a mistake but I checked and everything seems to be fine.

Try raising the info_player_teamspawns a tiny bit off the ground. The entities won't work properly when touching the floor, it's weird.

Oops, I noticed that you gave this exact advice to someone else... and those entities might be raised off the ground, I couldn't tell.

If they're raised, I'm sorry, I don't know what the issue is.
