The !activator of the point_teleport would be the player because the player is what triggered the trigger_mutiple - which triggered the logic_case - which triggered the point_teleport. Supposedly if you put !activator into the thing the point_teleport teleports, it will teleport the player in this instance (to the location of the point_teleport).
