Veeery interesting. I know I've certainly ran into those damn lying servers.

I love the idea of penalizing servers that lie. I've run into my fair share of servers that were empty despite claiming 15 players, or that were insta-spawn without saying so. It's aggravating to find these things out after spending the time to connect and load the map.
